• Ensure that all items to be moved are properly prepared and accessible.
• Inform us of any special requirements or hazardous materials.
• Pay all fees and charges on time as per the agreed quotation.

6. Payment & Pricing

Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of services. Quotes are provided in advance and are subject to change if the scope changes. Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule — typically before or upon delivery. We accept cash, bank transfers, UPI, and digital payments.

• Advertised Prices: Prices displayed in advertisements are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed after assessment.
• Taxes: GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, a full refund may be issued (subject to admin fees).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total amount.
• No‑show on the scheduled date will be treated as a cancellation and may incur the full amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Liability & Insurance

We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we recommend purchasing comprehensive insurance for valuable items. Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Insurance coverage is available as an add‑on service. Please discuss insurance options with our team.
• We are not responsible for items that are not properly packed or declared.

9. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, perishable goods, and illegal items. We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of such items without liability.
